• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• Inactivity: accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) applies to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before fees begin.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not withdrawn until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. acewin11's total cumulative liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to acewin11 during that same month, except where acewin11's liability arises from its own proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

acewin11 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. acewin11 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
